A small update has been released for all apps, containing minor fixes and a file upload improvement.
This is considered a “patch” build in that it has an important improvement to file uploads which will help resolve sporadic issues of files being left on devices after successful upload.
On IOS, 64 bit support has also been added which is now an Apple requirement.
Due to the minority nature of the changes, we decided to release this build ahead of our next feature build due for end of March.
The feature build will hit our preview channels in the next week or so.
The specific changes included are:
- File Upload Improvements.
We believe this will allow better uploads due to adjustments made in the core scheduling and transfer logic. - IOS: 64 bit Support.
Apple has made support for newer 64 bit processors (such as those found in the iPhone 6) mandatory; this release ensures all apps all comply. - IOS: Fix to date/time fields not applying Default Value values correctly.
- Android: Fix for Date/Time fields in horizontal layout.
Resolved bug on certain Android versions which resulted in the time picker not displaying after the cancel button was pressed.
Android versions should be live in Google Play as of posting this notice.
IOS versions have been submitted to Apple, with an expected App Store arrival of 7 days time.
