Introducing Appenate Help Hub 📢

Our old support site (Freshdesk) has been showing its age for a while now with its outdated layout, cluttered landing page, and a search that never quite pulled its weight. 😬
So, we’re finally letting it go. Starting today, you’ll be redirected to a new help portal hosted at help.appenate.com, which replaces the old Freshdesk site previously found at support.appenate.com.

Beyond a much-needed facelift, this shift will help us make it easier for you to find solutions to your problems and get help when you need it. You may notice a few changes soon.

What’s Improved

  • A more intuitive interface – built to be simpler and easier to use
  • Smarter organization of content – efficiently find relevant information 
  • Improved search functionality – easily find what you’re searching for
  • Clearer communication – quickly follow conversations and updates on your support tickets.

What Will Change (and what won’t)

  • You’ll still email support@appenate.com if you need help – nothing changes there
  • Logging in works just like before – if you’re already signed into Appenate, you’ll be taken straight to help.appenate.com. If not, you’ll be prompted to log in first, and then redirected there
  • You can also access the knowledgebase directly via that link any time
  • Other than that, just a new look and feel – everything else should feel familiar

What’s Next?

Now that we’re hosting our own support and knowledgebase data, we’re in a better position to explore additional features, such as:

  • AI-powered suggestions based on our knowledge base and real-world support experience 
  • Multilingual support to assist more users in finding answers in their preferred languages
